Easy Yummy Goodness

Fears be stilled. Cooking doesn't have to be an ordeal. You don't have to spend endless hours in the kitchen or shopping. If you stock your pantry and fridge/freezer with the basics, a yummy meal is only a few minutes away.
In my fridge you will always find :
low fat cream cheese
parmasean cheese
assorted cheeses
Celery organic
Carrots organic
Eggs Cage free
Milk 2% Organic
Half and Half Organic
Depending on the specials at the veggie store you will also find:
peppers all different colors
Brussel Sprouts. Don't say Yuck just yet.
flour tortillas, organic
In my Freezer you will find:
Individually wrapped twice fillets of fish Talapia
Individually wrapped twice chicken. all kinds legs, breast, bone in , bone less. preferrably grass fed free range.
When pork loin is on sale, I will buy and slice from the long loin, one roast about 6" long and the slice the rest into chops and you guessed it, Individually wrapped twice.
1 lb packages of Grass Fed Beef.
a bag of raw shrimp
bag of corn
bag of petite peas
bag of chopped spinach
I chopped onions in bulk and freeze them in freezer bags. easy to grab when cooking.
nuts, walnuts, pecans, sliced almonds
In my Pantry you will find:
unbleached flour King Arthur
organic sugar
10X sugar ( aka powdered sugar)
Sea Salt fine and course
All kinds of spices, peppers.
Vegeta seasoning
goya bouillion , chicken, pork, beef etc
Brown rice
Dried beans all kinds
dried pasta. Both regular and wheat.
Ramen noodles ( i do not use the seasoning packet too high in sodium)
mustards and organic ketchup
olive oils
baking powder
baking soda
raisins, Craisins...etc
hot sauce
homemade canned tomato sauce. What? you don't can? that's okay..i also stock
Red Pack canned tomatoes. Red Pack are low sodium diced tomatoes are already seasoned and make your pasta dishes come out like you just went to a fancy restaurant.

I am sure i am missing some things..but i will revise as i remember.

By maintaining a stocked fridge/freezer/pantry..the possibilies are endless. My shopping trips take less than and hour. I shop by sale and coupons to keep costs down.

This is the begining of wonderful meals that are easy and quick to make.
